Celebrations and events

One can use the Fonteinhof for a variety of festivities, ranging from weddings, staff parties, New Year receptions, baby showers, communions, golden weddings, to family get togethers. All our arrangements are made to measure, so do not hesitate to ask for a quotation without obligation. 

All sorts of other events are also possible on our property, such as product presentations, press conferences, distributions of prizes or fashion shows. The multifunctional character of the building offers you the possibility to organize festivities and events up to 600 guests. If a larger number of guests needs to be accommodated, we can enlarge the available space with tents. In case of nice weather, the large inner court of 1200 square meters can be used as well. The Fonteinhof has a spacious parking lot and we can arrange additional parking possibilities by means of a shuttle service. 

The large hall

The Fonteinhof features a large hall, which can be subdivided elegantly in several smaller compartments.

The total capacity for a seated dinner is 360 guests. This number can be augmented when the festivities are organized in reception style or walking dinner.

The large hall is provided with a professional kitchen, situated in the center of the hall.

Against opposite sides of the kitchen area, we added two counters, provided with discrete sliding doors to adapt the size of the hall to smaller compartments when full capacity is not necessary.

On the first floor one can find the toilet facilities, accessible by elevator.

For the interior of the main area of the hall we have opted for a contemporary arrangement. A mezzanine was constructed offering the possibility to see the ridge of the hall roof from the ground floor. Because of the glass balustrades and the tables made to measure, guests on the first floor can fully enjoy the downstairs ambiance. 

For the lightning we opted for a modern-day shade of light coming from floating lamps, adjustable in color, and mounted spots which can be directed to wish. In addition, the hall is provided with all modern music facilities of Bose, which is suited for speeches as well as a soft background music. The hall is acoustically well-insulated so that other hotel guests and neighbors are left undisturbed.

 

 

       

 

The Carport

The carport is a pleasant extension to the large hall. As the hall, it is multifunctional and suited for the “bad-weather-scenario”. The carport easily offers space for 200 standing guests and can be adapted for lectures and ceremonies. It is fully roofed but provides at the same time an enjoyable out-door feeling.
